تفاصيل الإنتهاك

قامت قوات أمن القاهرة بالإخفاء القسري للمواطن / محمد يسري ، بعد اعتقاله من منزله بتاريخ 19/5/2019 دون سند قانوني واقتياده الى جهة غير معلومة . ورغم مرور 15 يوم على اعتقاله لم يعرض على اية جهة تحقيق ، ولم يستدل على مكان احتجازه .يذكر ان يسري مصاب بشلل نصفى ويستعمل كرسى متحرك . Cairo security forces forcibly concealed Mohammed Yusri from his house on 19/5/2019 without any legal basis and taken him to an unknown destination. Despite 15 days of his arrest, no investigation has been brought to the attention of anyone. His whereabouts is not known. Yusri is suffering from a paralysis and is using a wheelchair. Kahire güvenlik güçleri, 19/5/2019 tarihinde herhangi bir yasal dayanağı bulunmadan evinden Mohammed Yusri'yi zorla gizledi ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürdü. 15 gün tutuklanmasına rağmen, kimsenin dikkatine soruşturma açılmadı, nerede olduğu bilinmiyor. Yusri felç geçiriyor ve tekerlekli sandalye kullanıyor.
