قررت محكمة جنايات بنها بمحافظة القليوبة، تجديد حبس مصطفى محمد عبداللطيف، وعلي الجندي، وكمال محمد الفحل لمدة 45 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات في اتهامهم بالانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور.
The Criminal Court of Banha in Kaliouba Governorate decided to renew the detention of Mustapha Mohamed Abdellatif, Ali El Gendi and Kamal Mohamed El Fahl for 45 days pending investigations into charges of joining a group established contrary to the provisions of the law and the constitution.
Kaliouba Valiliği'ndeki Banha Ceza Mahkemesi, yasa ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılma suçlamasıyla ilgili olarak 45 gün boyunca Mustapha Mohamed Abdellatif, Ali El Gendi ve Kamal Mohamed El Fahl'in gözaltına alınmasına karar verdi.
