بتاريخ 5 أبريل 2020 قررت نيابة أمن الدولة العليا حبس المواطن/ إسلام نبيل جودة محمد مصطفى (25 سنة- طالب في كلية الهندسة ، مدة 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات في القضية 563 لسنة 2020 حصر أمن دولة، ووجهت النيابة له اتهامات من بينها مشاركة جماعة إرهابيه مع العلم بأغراضها ونشر وإذاعة أخبار كاذبة وإساءة استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.كان قد تم القبض على إسلام من أمام منزله بمنطقة أبو زعبل بالخانكة - محافظة القليوبية ،يوم 25 مارس 2020 ،لدعوته على صفحته على فيسبوك المواطنين في منطقته للصعودأعلي اسطح منازلهم، والتأمين خلف إمام المسجد عند دعاءه. وتم أخفائه لمدة 10 أيام في مقر الأمن الوطني بمركز شرطة الخانكة. إلي أن ظهر في نيابة أمن الدولة العليا التي أصدرت قرارها المتقدم.
