قامت قوات الأمن بمحافظة الشرقية مساء الأربعاء 19 مايو 2020 ، بحملة اعتقالات بمركز أبوكبير أسفرت عن اعتقال الطالب"عمر محمد الشبراوي" في المرحلة الثانوية من منزله تعسفياً ، واقتياده الي جهة غير معلومة.ويذكر أن والده "محمد الشبراوي" مدرس ، معتقل أيضا منذ 28 نوفمبر 2018. The security forces in the Sharqiya Governorate, on the evening of Wednesday 19 May 2020, carried out a campaign of arrests in the Abu Kabir Center that resulted in the arbitrary arrest of the student "Omar Muhammad Al-Shabrawi" at the secondary stage of his home, and his taking to an unknown destination.It is reported that his father, Mohamed El-Shabrawy, is a teacher. He has also been detained since 28 November 2018. Sharqiya Valiliği'ndeki güvenlik güçleri, 19 Mayıs 2020 Çarşamba akşamı, Abu Kabir Merkezi'nde, öğrencinin "Omar Muhammad Al-Shabrawi" nin evinin ikinci aşamasında keyfi olarak tutuklanması ve bilinmeyen bir hedefe götürülmesi ile sonuçlanan bir tutuklama kampanyası yürüttü.Babası Mohamed El-Shabrawy'nin öğretmen olduğu ve 28 Kasım 2018'den beri gözaltında tutulduğu bildirildi.
