لفظ يوم 25 مايو 2020 المعتقل محمد خاطر غمري - 53 عاما- ويعمل بالتأمين الصحي بالعاشر من رمضان، أنفاسه الاخيرة ،داخل محبسه بقسم شرطة بلبيس ، بمحافظة الشرقية ، وذلك نتيجة الإهمال الطبي المتعمد بحقه ، حيث كان يعاني من مرض الكبد ، ورفض مأمور قسم شرطة بلبيس العميد عصام هلال ونائب المأمور الرائد مصطفى رشاد السماح بتوقيع الكشف الطبي عليه بأوامر من مسؤول الأمن الوطني بالقسم السيد غزال رغم تدهور حالته الصحية الشديد ونداءات المعتقلين في مكان الإحتجاز، م أودي بحياته.يذكر أن خاطر معتقل منذ يوم 2020/3/24 ،في ظروف احتجاز غير آدمية .كما يذكر أنه ثاني معتقل يتوفي بنقس قسم الشرطة ،حيث توفي المعتقل / رجب النجار يوم 7 مايو قبل أسبوعين لنفس الأسباب ، والمعتقل السابع الذي يتوفي بالإهمال الطبي خلال هذا الشهر. On May 25, 2020, Muhammad Khater Ghamri, 53, who works in health insurance in the tenth of Ramadan, breathed his last breath, inside his prison, Belbeis Police Department, Sharkia Governorate, as a result of deliberate medical neglect, as he was suffering from liver disease, and the police chief Belbeis, Brigadier General Essam Hilal and Deputy Commander of the Command, Major Mustafa Rashad, allow the signing of a medical examination on the orders of the Department's National Security Officer, Mr. Ghazal, despite his severe deterioration of his health and calls of detainees at the place of detention, and he took his life.It is reported that Khater has been detained since 24/23/2020, in inhuman conditions of detention.It is also mentioned that he is the second detainee who died in the police department, where he / Rajab al-Najjar died on May 7 two weeks ago for the same reasons, and the seventh detainee who died of medical negligence during this month. 25 Mayıs 2020'de Ramazan'ın onda biri için sağlık sigortasıyla çalışan 53 yaşındaki Muhammed Khater Ghamri, son nefesini, hapishanesinde, Belbeis Polis Departmanı, Sharkia Valiliği, kendisine karşı kasıtlı tıbbi ihmal nedeniyle nefes aldı ve Polis Şerifi reddetti Belbeis Tuğgeneral Essam Hilal ve Komutan Yardımcısı Komutan Yardımcısı Mustafa Rashad, Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın ciddi şekilde bozulmasına ve gözaltında tutulduğu yerdeki gözaltı çağrılarına rağmen Bakanlık Ulusal Güvenlik yetkilisi Sayın Gazali'nin emirleri üzerine tıbbi muayenenin imzalanmasına izin verdi ve hayatını aldı.Khater'in 24/23/2020 tarihinden bu yana insanlık dışı gözaltı koşullarında gözaltına alındığı bildiriliyor.Ayrıca, polis teşkilatında ölen ikinci tutuklu olduğu ve Rajab al-Najjar'ın iki hafta önce aynı nedenlerle 7 Mayıs'ta öldüğü ve bu ay boyunca tıbbi ihmalden ölen yedinci tutuklu olduğu belirtildi.
