آلاء شعبان حميدة عبد اللطيف، 26 عامًا، طبيبة تعمل بمستشفى الشاطبي التابع لجامعة الإسكندرية، وبعد قيام ممرضة باستخدام هاتفها للإبلاغ عن وجود حالة إصابة بفيروس كورونا بالمستشفى، أبلغ عنها مدير المستشفى لما وصفه بتعديها اختصاصاته وتم القبض عليها في 28 مارس 2020 من مقر عملها، واختفت قسريًا لمدة يومين، ليتم التحقيق معها على ذمة القضية 558 لسنة 2020. وقررت النيابة حبسها 15 يوم احتياطيا علي ذمة التحقيقات. تحديث 5/10/2020 :قررت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، اليوم الإثنين 5 أكتوبر، إخلاء سبيل الدكتورة "آلاء شعبان عبد اللطيف"، على ذمة القضية رقم 558 لسنة 2020، والمتهمه فيها بالانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور.
