قضت محكمة جنح بلبيس يوم 28/9/2020 بالسجن لمدة 3 سنوات وغرامة 50 الف جنيه علي كلا من: 1- جمال عبدالله موسى- مدرس علوم شرعية بالازهر، اعتقل في أبريل 2020 ، وسبق اعتقاله مرتين 2- علاء صابر فهمي- 40 عام ، إمام وخطيب بالاوقاف، اعتقل من منزله في مايو 2020 3- عبد الحكيم الفولي - موظف بالادارة التعليمية، اعتقل في يناير 2020،من مقر عمله بالادارة التعليمية ببلبيس، وسبق اعتقاله لمدة سنة في 2018. 4- حسن مصطفي جودة - صاحب مطعم ، اعتقل في 1ابريل 2020 وذلك بتهمة التظاهر.
