سامي عبدالعزيز" يقيم بقرية الجلاية التابعة لمدينة الإبراهيمية، تم اعتقاله يوم 21 يونيو. تحديث 25/09/2021: ظهر السبت الموافق 25/9/2021 بنيابة العاشر من رمضان كل من :-١-سامي عبدالعزيز ابراهيم داود٢-عمرو عرفة حمودة غريب٣-ممدوح أحمد أبو العزم بهنساويوبعرضهم علي النيابة قررت حبسهم خمسة عشر يوما بتهمة الانتماء لجماعة إرهابية وحيازة منشورات .يذكر أنه تم اعتقالهم خلال الأسبوع الماضي و تم اخفاءهم قسريا إلي أن تم عرضهم علي النيابة مرة أخري بتاريخ 25/09/2021. Update 25/09/2021: Saturday afternoon, corresponding to 25/09/2021 at the Tenth of Ramadan Prosecution, each of:1- Sami Abdulaziz Ibrahim Daoud2- Amr Arafa Hamouda Gharib3- Mamdouh Ahmed Abu Al-Azm BahnasawyBy presenting them to the prosecution, it decided to imprison them for fifteen days on charges of belonging to a terrorist group and possessing publications.It is reported that they were arrested last week and were forcibly disappeared until they were brought before the Public Prosecution again on 25/09/2021. 25/09/2021 Güncellemesi: 25.09.2021 tarihli Ramazan Kovuşturması'nda Cumartesi öğleden sonra, her biri:1- Sami Abdülaziz İbrahim Davud2- Amr Arafa Hamouda Garib3- Memduh Ahmed Abu Al-Azm BahnasawyBunları savcılığa sunarak terör örgütü üyesi olmak ve yayın bulundurmak suçlamasıyla on beş gün hapis cezasına çarptırılmasına karar verdi.Geçen hafta tutuklandıkları ve 25.09.2021 tarihinde yeniden Cumhuriyet Savcılığına çıkarılana kadar zorla kaybedildikleri bildirildi.Other Violations
