بتاريخ 12/09/2021 قامت قوات الأمن بمركز أبو حماد بإعتقال المواطن إبراهيم عبدالرحمن السيد دون سند من القانون وكان هذا ضمن حملة اعتقالات قامت بها قوات أمن الشرقية في المدة من 11 سبتمبر حتي 17 سبتمبر. On 12/09/2021, the security forces at Abu Hammad Center arrested the citizen Ibrahim Abdul Rahman Al-Sayed without legal support.
