اعتقلت قوات أمن الشرقية،يوم الأحد 7 إبريل، 3 مواطنين من أماكن عملهم ببلبيس، دون سند قانوني، واقتادتهم لجهة غير معلومة، ولم يتم عرضهم علي النيابة رغم مرور المدة القانونية وهم: 1- كمال المالح، اعتقل من محل ذهب بقرية كفر أيوب، 2- أحمد عبدالحميد، اعتقل من صيدلية فى بلبيس، 3- وليد الشحات، من منزله بقرية السعادات. On Sunday, 7 April, security forces arrested three citizens from their workplaces in Bilbis without any legal basis and took them to an unknown destination. They were not brought before the prosecution despite the passage of the legal period: 1 - Kamal al-Maleh, arrested from a gold shop in the village of Kafr Ayoub, 2 - Ahmed Abdul Hamid, arrested from a pharmacy in Belbeis, 3 - Walid al-Shahat, from his home in the village of Saadat. 7 Nisan Pazar günü, güvenlik güçleri üç vatandaşı Bilbis'teki iş yerlerinden yasal bir temeli olmadan tutukladılar ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürdüler, yasal sürenin geçmesine rağmen savcılık önüne çıkarılmadılar: 1 - Kamal el-Maleh, Kafr Ayoub köyündeki altın dükkanından tutuklandı. 2 - Ahmed Abdul Hamid, Belbeis’teki bir eczaneden tutuklandı, 3 - Walid al-Shahat, Saadat köyündeki evinden.
