قضت محكمة جنايات الإسماعيلية، بمعاقبة 84 متهما من جماعة الإخوان، فى القضية المعروفة باسم "حركة ولع" غيابيا وحضوريا، بأحكام متعددة ما بين 5 و15 عاما، كما قضت ببراءة وانقضاء الدعوى عن 15 آخرين في القضية ذاتها.وتضمن الحكم معاقبة 49 متهما حضوريا، و40 متهما غيابيا، منهم 9 بالسجن المشدد لمدة 15 عاما، و43 متهما بالسجن لمدة 10 أعوام، و19 متهما بالسجن لمدة 7 أعوام، و3 متهمين بالسجن 5 أعوام، كما قضت ببراءة 14 متهما، وانقضاء الدعوى الجنائية عن متهم آخر لوفاته.صدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار عبد الحى فازورة وعضوية المستشارين محمد أحمد شحاتة وأيمن عبد الغفور خليل، وبحضور أحمد الصياد وكيل النيابة وسكرتارية هيثم عمران وحسام حسن. نسبت النيابة للمتهمين تأسيس حركات تهدف إلى التخريب والعنف تحت عدة مسميات منها "مجاهدون، ولع جيفارا ومجهولون" والتى تدعو إلى تعطيل الدستور ومنع مؤسسات الدولة من ممارسة أعمالها. وشارك المتهمون فى الاعتداء على الحريات الشخصية واستخدموا الإرهاب لنحو عامين كوسيلة لتحقيق أهدافهم وأشعلوا النيران فى عدد من السيارات الخاصة برجال الشرطة والقضاء ومقهى فى منطقة ميدان الممر، بجانب حيازتهم للأسلحة والمفرقعات والمولوتوف والمواد المشتعلة وكاميرات التصوير The Ismaili Criminal Court has sentenced 84 Brotherhood defendants to a case known as the "Love Movement" in absentia and in absentia, with multiple verdicts between 5 and 15 years, and acquitted 15 others in the same case.
