قضت محكمة النقض، اليوم السبت 27 إبريل، برفض طعن 20 متهمًا، بينهم 4 سيدات بالإدراج على قوائم الكيانات الإرهابية وتأييد القرار. كانت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، قد قضت بإدراج 20 متهمًا على قائمة الإرهابيين بينهم 4 سيدات على ذمة القضية رقم 444 لسنة 2018 حصر أمن دولة عليا، وذلك لمدة 5 سنوات تبدأ من تاريخ صدور هذا القرار. The Court of Cassation ruled on Saturday (April 27th) that 20 accused, including 4 women, had been indicted for listing terrorist entities and supporting the decision. The Cairo Criminal Court has decided to include 20 defendants on the list of terrorists, including 4 women, in the case of case no. 444 of 2018, the security of a higher state, for a period of five years from the date of issuance of this decision. Yargıtay, 27 Nisan Cumartesi günü, 4'ü kadın olmak üzere 20 kişinin terör örgütlerini listeleme ve karara destek vermekle suçlandığına karar verdi. Kahire Ceza Mahkemesi, bu kararın alındığı tarihten itibaren beş yıl süreyle, yüksek bir devletin güvencesinde, 2018'in 444 no'lu durumunda, 4 kadın da dahil olmak üzere terör listesine 20 sanığı dahil etme kararı aldı.
