لا تزال قوات أمن المنوفية، تُخفي قسراً "فتحي عبدالستار"، منذ اعتقاله يوم 28 مايو الماضي من منزله بمحافظة الجيزة، دون سند قانوني، اقتياده لجهة غير معلومة ، ورغم مرور 4 أيام على إخفائه قسرياً لم يتم عرضه على اى جهة تحقيق . تحديث 7/7/2019بعد إخفاءه قسريًا لأكثر من 38 يوماً، قبل عرضه على النيابة ، قررت نيابة شبين الكوم بالمنوفية، يوم الأحد 7 يوليو، حبس المواطن "فتحي عبدالستار"، 15 يومًا على ذمة التحقيقات فى اتهامه بالانضمام لجماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور. The security forces of Menoufia have been forcibly hiding Fathi Abdel-Sattar since he was arrested on May 28 from Giza, without any legal basis. He was taken to an unknown destination and despite four days of forced hiding, he was not presented to any investigation body. On 7/7/2019, after being forcibly concealed for more than 38 days, before presenting him to the prosecution, the prosecution of Shebin El Koum of Menoufia decided on Sunday (7 July) to detain Fathi Abdel-Sattar, 15 days after the investigation into accusing him of joining a group established contrary to the provisions Law and Constitution. Menoufia’nın güvenlik güçleri, 28 Mayıs’ta Giza’dan yasal bir temeli olmadan tutuklandığından beri, Fathi Abdel-Sattar’ı zorla saklıyor, bilinmeyen bir yere götürülmüş ve dört gün zorunlu saklanmaya rağmen, herhangi bir soruşturma organına sunulmamıştır. 7/7/2019 tarihinde, 38 günden fazla bir süre zorla gizlendikten sonra, onu kovuşturmaya sunmadan önce, Menoufia’dan Shebin El Koum’un kovuşturması, 7 Temmuz Pazar günü Fathi Abdel-Sattar’ın tutuklanmasına, soruşturma hükümlerine aykırı bir gruba katılmakla suçlamadan 15 gün sonra Kanun ve Anayasa.
