اعتقلت قوات الأمن بمحافظة البحيرة، صباح يوم 21 أغسطس، المواطنين / علي الحديني، ومكرم رسلان، من مدينة دمنهور، واقتادتهما إلى جهة مجهولة. On the morning of August 21, security forces in Beheira governorate arrested Ali al-Hudaini and Makram Raslan from Damanhour and took them to an unknown destination. 21 Ağustos sabahı, Beheira Valiliği'ndeki güvenlik güçleri, Ali al-Hudaini ve Makram Raslan'ı Damanhour'dan tutukladı ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürdü.
