اعتقلت قوات أمن الشرقية، فجر يوم الاثنين 9 سبتمبر، "سعيد ربيع"، و"معاذ عبدالعظيم"، من منازليهما بمركز مشتول، دون سند قانوني، واقتادتهما لجهة غير معلومة At dawn on September 9th, the security forces arrested "Said Rabie" and "Moaz Abdel Azim" from their homes in Mashtoul Center, without legal support, and took them to an unknown destination. 9 Eylül günü, güvenlik güçleri "Said Rabie" ve "Moaz Abdel Azim" i Mashtoul Center'daki evlerinden yasal destek almadan tutukladılar ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürdüler.
