اعتقلت قوات الأمن بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، فجر الثلاثاء 22 أكتوبر الشيخ محمد عجلان، إمام وخطيب من منزله بقرية ابو خشبة، والشيخ محروس طناشة، إمام وخطيب، من منزله بقرية معدية رشيد، التابعتين إلى مركز مطوبس، بدون سند قانوني واقتادتهما إلى جهة غير معلومة. On Tuesday, October 22, security forces in Kafr el-Sheikh governorate arrested Sheikh Mohammed Ajlan, an imam and a fiancé from his home in Abu Khashaba village, and Sheikh Mahrous Tanasha, an imam and a fiancé, from his house in the village of Ma'adiyya Rashid, who belonged to the Metoubas center, without a legal basis and took them to an unknown destination. 22 Ekim Salı günü, Kafr El-Şeyh Valiliği’ndeki güvenlik güçleri, bir Abu Dabi’ye evinden gelen bir imam ve nişanlısı Şeyh Muhammed Ajlan’ı ve bir Mejör’e ait olan ve Matodiaş Rashid’e ait olmayan, bir Metova Merkezine mensup olan ve hiç kimsenin elinde bulunmadığı bir malikanesi olan, Maidâdî Suresi'ndeki evinden Şeyh Mahrous Tanasha'yı tutukladı.
