قررت نيابة بلطيم بمحافظة كفر الشيخ، حبس المواطنين عبدالله كمال، ومبروك ضافر 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيقات في اتهامهما بالانضمام إلى جماعة أسست على خلاف أحكام القانون والدستور، بعد اعتقالهما من منزلهما بدون سند قانوني. The Baltim Prosecution in Kafr El-Sheikh governorate decided to detain Abdullah Kamal and Mabrouk Dhafer for 15 days pending investigations that they were accused of joining a group that was established in contravention of the provisions of the law and the constitution, after they were arrested from their home without legal support. Kafr El-Şeyh Valiliği'nde Baltim Savcılığı, yasal destek olmadan tutuklandıktan sonra evlerinden yasaya ve anayasa hükümlerine aykırı olarak kurulan bir gruba katılmakla suçlandıklarına dair soruşturmalar yapılmak üzere Abdullah Kamal ve Mabrouk Dhafer'ı 15 gün boyunca tutuklamaya karar verdi.
