اعتقلت قوات الأمن بمحافظة كفرالشيخ، يوم الثلاثاء 14 يناير، الدكتور «رفعت صلاح عتمان»، طبيب بيطري، من منزله بقرية لاصيفر البلد التابعه لمركز دسوق، دون سند قانوني، واقتادته لجهة غير معلومة . On Tuesday, January 14, security forces in Kafr al-Sheikh Governorate arrested Dr. Rifaat Salah Etman, a veterinarian, from his home in the village of Asif al-Balad, which is affiliated with the Desouk Center, without legal authority, and took him to an unknown destination. 14 Ocak Salı günü, Kafr el-Şeyh Valiliği güvenlik güçleri, veteriner hekim Dr. Rifaat Salah Etman'ı, Desouk Merkezi'ne bağlı Asif al-Balad köyündeki evinden yasal otorite olmadan tutukladı ve bilinmeyen bir yere götürdü.
