بتاريخ 17/1/2020 اعتقلت قوات الأمن بمحافظة الشرقية المواطن / محمد كامل عبدالحليم،تعسفياً ، أثناء الكشف عليه بالتأمين الصحى بمدينة ههيا، واقتادته الي جهة غير معلومة. On 17/1/2020, the security forces in the Sharkia Governorate arrested / Muhammad Kamel Abdel Halim, arbitrarily, while he was being examined by health insurance in the city of Hehia, and took him to an unknown destination. 17/1/2020 tarihinde, Sharkia Valiliği'ndeki güvenlik güçleri, Hehia şehrinde sağlık sigortası tarafından muayene edilirken, keyfi olarak tutuklandı / Muhammed Kamel Abdel Halim ve onu bilinmeyen bir yere götürdü.
