لا تزال السلطات المصرية تخفي قسراً الشاب / مصطفي يسري محمد مصطفي - من ابناء محافظة الاسكندرية ،منذ اعتقاله تعسفياً ، من منزله بكفر طهرمس - محافظة الجيزة- بتاريخ 1 يوليو 2019 ،( قبل 256 يوماً). واقتياده الي جهة غير معلومة . -مصطفي بسري حُكم عليه غيابياً - رغم وجوده في حوزة السلطات المصرية - بالسجن 15 عام ، في القضية العسكرية رقم 64 لسنة 2017 والمعروفة إعلامياً "بمحاولة اغتيال النائب العام المساعد" . - مأساة مصطفي يسري - المختفي قسرياً - وأسرته بدأت منذ اعتقاله وهو حدث في 20 سبتمبر 2014 ، وقضي قرابة العام بالمؤسسة العقابية بكوم الدكة بالاسكندرية ،. ثم اعتقال شقيقه محمد القابع بسجن العقرب شديد الحراسة .مصطفي واحد المحكوم عليهم غيابياً في القضية سالفة الذكر، رغم اختفائهم قسرياً.
