يشكو المعتقل الطالب محمد أوسام عبد العزيز 28 عامًا، طالب بالمعهد العالي للتكنولوجيا بمدينة العاشر من رمضان من الإهمال الطبي المتعمد في محبسه بسجن برج العربحيث يعاني من تليف كبدى صفراوى وانسداد تام في القنوات المرارية والتهاب في المرارة وضعف شديد في المناعة .أوسم معتقل منذ 11 إبريل 2016 بعد مداهمة منزله بمدينة العاشر من رمضان بمحافظة الشرقيةوحُكم عليه بمجموع أحكام وصلت 18 عامًا. The arrested student Muhammad Awsam Abdul Aziz, 28, a student at the Higher Institute of Technology in Tenth of Ramadan City, complains of deliberate medical negligence in his prison in Burj Al Arab prison, where he suffers from biliary cirrhosis, complete blockage of the bile ducts, cholecystitis and severe immunity.Awsem has been detained since April 11, 2016, after his house was raided in the tenth of Ramadan City, Sharkia Governorate, and he was sentenced to a total of 18 years of sentence.
