القت قوات امن القاهرة القبض التعسفى على رشا علي علي عبدالرحمن - 40 عام ، صاحبة ورشة خياطة ستاير، ومقيمة بالقليوبية ، وناشطة بحزب الدستور - ضمن معتقلى أول مارس " حادث قطار رمسيس " ورفض التعديلات الدستورية ،على ذمة القضية رقم 488 لسنة 2019 حصر أمن دولة. و ظهرت بنيابة أمن الدولة العليا بعد اختفاء قسري 16 يوم ( يوم 17 مارس 2019) وقررت المحكمة حبسها 15 يوم إحتياطياً على ذمة التحقيقات. قررت نيابة أمن الدولة العليا، بتاريخ 11/6/2019، تجديد حبس 3 من المتهمين على ذمة القضية رقم 488 لسنة 2019 حصر أمن دولة.و هم: محمود طلعت، رشا علي عبدالرحمن، وسيد مصطفى.ويواجه المتهمون في القضية، اتهامات بمشاركة جماعة إرهابية في تحقيق أغراضها، وإساءة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. Who appeared at the Supreme State Security Prosecution at varying intervals, and the court decided to detain them for 15 days in custody. On 11/6/2019, the Supreme State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of 3 of the defendants in the case of Case No. 488 for the year 2019.And they are: Mahmoud Talaat, Rasha Ali Abdul Rahman, and Sayed Mustafa.In the case, the accused face charges of involvement of a terrorist group in achieving its purposes and misuse of social networking sites.
